okay OT/my apartment saga cont...

Well,

I've ventured into looking around for another place....over the weekend. Still

not sure if I

want to bring a couch here, until the noise is resolved.

My landlord has not responded to the last letter I wrote detailing my noise

complaint,

which I put in the mail slot two weeks ago. (between face to face chats and

phone calls

and my stopping by over at her office...I've made six total attemps to get this

squared

away.) Remember, I only moved here December 9th..so this is all I've been able

to focus on

since moving in.

I tried calling the regional office and the residential complaint hotline today.

NO one

answered at either place. I did leave a message on the hotline. THE greeting

tells you that

you will get a call within 24 hours.

We will see.

(last night again..the crashing near my head went 'till after midnight and

started at around

7:30 am..leaving me without a big window of time to sleep). I'm on my last

nerve.

AND..you cant' get across the courtyard without stepping in dog waste!!!!

E~Are you renting form a corporate chain?  I thought you had a person little old lady landlady. What is the name of the place?  My friend used to do property management at some bigger places in Las Vegas, she'll know exactly what you should do to get a reaction.
