Guest guest
Judy, can you mail me the info on the Maca please?sounds interesting! Thanks, Sue When I took too much Armour, I did have a lot of sweating, but I'm not sure about the odour LOL. In terms of menopause, I have completely eliminated my hot flashes and night sweats by doing two things. First, I nixed the sugar! Yikes, I know. I found that there was a profound correlation between the number of cookies I ate and the number of times I would wake up drenched in the night. I've not cut out all refined sugars, especially after dinner and I don't have that problem anymore. I also take 1.5 - 3 grams per day of gelatinized maca root. This is not spam, I've been on this list a long time. Maca root grows in the Andes mountains of Peru and was first discovered for it's fertility success with the sheep there. It adapts to gender, age, etc. and balances many types of hormones. If you're interested in it, there are brand differences, so email me and I'll give you the scoop about which one I use.
