Thanks so much for your response, . I was taking

Cortef for my adrenal glands from about January

2006-September 2006 and weaned off with my doc's help.

When I first started taking it, my adrenal fatigue

symptoms were difficulty bouncing back from stress,

trouble concentrating and speaking (thinking of

words), and feeling anxious and kind of paranoid.

Since I've been off it, I haven't had any of those

symptoms, and I'd rather not go back on the Cortef if

I don't have to. I know you can't tell me what to do

or predict the future (wouldn't that be nice?), but

can I have your opinion? Do you think my arenals will

even out on their own if I increase the Armour slower?

Also, since I've only been on 30mg of Armour for 3

days now, do you think I should go back down to 15mg

and give that more time?

You guys have recommended at least 6 weeks inbetween

increases, right?

Thanks!!

M.
