Give it time.. the usual adjustment period for the body to acknowledge

the dosage change and adjust conversion and such is four to six weeks...

some folks will notice an improvement the first two, then back slide...

it's all very individual....

Keep track in your journal... so that you can refer back and not depend

on remembering.. then you're going to be better able to guestimate with

your next adjustment.

Blue is my favorite color!! hehehehe
