Guest guest Posted January 15, 2007 Report Share Posted January 15, 2007 I ju;st finished rad Dec 4th I had 8 boost. I didn't experience the tiredness from rads. Or maybe it was becuase THe chemo was so bad that when I got to rads that was a cake walk. But I also started walking espically on my good days of chemo which were very few but when I had them I walked. Then during rads I started walking 2 miles then 3 until I got up to 4 miles aday!!!! THere was some days I had to make myself do it but once I got started the endorfens kicked in!!!! ANyway I think that helped me through the rads,,,,excersice is the best thing you can do for your body and mind!!!! I really started doing it for my mind!!!! I listen to my I pod when I am walking and it helps me not to focus on the aches and pains and the stress!!!! I am now up to 6 miles aday!!!
