My responsibilities have increased so dramatically over the past 10 months (personal assistant to managing partner/IT/facilities management/oversee budget & billing/marketing), that I was wondering what responsibilities your office manager has at the firm. I hate that " taking advantage " feeling. Maybe I'm being silly and these are the normal functions of office manager. Your thoughts... Big hugs to the little guy!
