Dang Aurilia,,,,lol I was hoping the chemo brain would go away in a

couple of months after treatments!!!!

I assume Aurilia my oncon will suggest I do the Arimidex sense the

Aromasin didn't work out, I know that Arimidex is suppose to be very

hard on the bones!!! You mentioned that you had some bone damage and

still have 2 yrs to go on the Arimidex right? Are you doing bone

scans ever 6 mos or just once a yr? That is my main concern about the

Arimidex I sure don't want to destroy my bone density!!!!

No worry Steph. Bone scan is done once a year and I'm given zometa infusion

intravenously every 6 months to strengthen the bones. The oncologist also

prescribed 2 tablets of calcium with vitamin D daily. I also take vitamin C and

fish oil capsules as well. With lots of veg, fruits and fish as well as moderate

amount of meat intake, I seem to be fine and able to bear the fatigue and aches.

I also try my best to cut down sugar and fat intake. With God's grace, we can do

it!!! Lots of love,Aurelia.
