They tested your TSH and your Total T4 and Total T3..... we need to see

the Free T4 and the Free T3.

Total Ts include bound and unbound hormone.... and not just the usable

hormone......

Depending on what percentages are usable and not... generally a Free T3

that is higher in it's range than the Free T4 is in its suggests a

conversion problem...

First questions are:

Do you avoid goitrogens, the two most common/damaging are soy and high

fructose corn syrup (HFCS).

Do you eat at least five to seven times a day?

Do you eat breakfast?

What supplements (vitamins, minerals, etc) did you take?

When did you take your thyroid meds (with food, first thing in the

morning... what do you drink with it)?

Topper, did you mean the opposite, as in Higher Free T4 with too low a Free

T3?
