Guest guest
, I have had my chemo brain since right after my chemo started in 1990. I also had CMF. It wasn't as bad in the beginning but its not good at all right now. I will keep yu in my prayers. Not everyone had it forever. For some it does get better. Unfortunately mine never did. Just wondering if any of you have experienced chemo brain..Meaning being more forgetful than normal and also fuzzy headed.. I had it very bad while I was on EPI and am wondering if I should expect the same when I start my CMF treatment. I am half way through my radiation treatments ..It is sooo much easier than the chemo..I am considering it a holiday between treatments !!!! Guest guest
Chemo brain is real, and it can last for a very long time, unless nourishment, real nourishment (great fats, carbs from fruits & veggies and only organic foods in general) brings the brain back. Many clients have it and we work very hard on changing what they eat to support a re- building of the liver, brain, heart and other ESSENTIAL organs after chemo. Chemo is poison, period and of story. Please do not allow anyone to tell you otherwise. All who have taken chemo and rads should try to slowly NURTURE their bodies back to health. My 2 cents! Good luck with the journey.
