Guest guest
Thanks for sharing your situation Charlie. It is the worst at night when there is no one to talk to. Are there people on air at night for you to talk to? My Dad had post cards from all over the world up on the walls of his room. Cat

Guest guest
I've had the same problem off and on for @ 3 years. It's been more on than off. I wish I could give you a magic solution but I haven't found it yet. All I can tell you is that you're not alone. Sometimes I'm like a zombie during the day. I can be really exhausted at night but as soon as my head hits the pillow I'm wide awake or I'm up after only 2 or 3 hours of sleep. Sometimes I can go back to sleep after a couple of hours for maybe another hour or two. My dad, who is also diabetic, has the same problem. We just figured it was something genetic since we both do it. > > I'm having a great deal of trouble sleeping lately. Guest guest
HEY....I know this is one of my more odd things...but I've got to ask. I have strange sleep patterns sometimes. Like, I do fall asleep as soon as the noisy neighbors settle down and that is around midnight...or so. THEN....I find that I'm waking at 6 AM...which is too soon if I get to sleep as late as I do. THEN...I'm sucking wind all day, wishing I could lay down. Anyone else have this? (EVERY day is still different for me...and I'd dearly love to have a routine) Toward the end of last week, I felt like my mood was dropping, so I added in a bit of Armour for a just a couple of days to see if I could get a lift....(AND it made it hard to fall asleep,... stay asleep). I do think my mood improved however. SATURDAY, I corked off in the middle of the day. I have to admit..I actually felt pretty good for a change after that good snooze. THEN later at night...I had a really scarey true-to-life kind of dream, that this whole time I've been in a coma and nobody wanted to tell me. I guess, I still feel like I'm still in a strange place with this whole...mental encasement. I do think it is sort of a walking coma. I plan to keep true to my dosing this week. (the same dose for the last five weeks) 70/60 split. I predict this will give me slight over-the-range-t4F and slightly under-the-top of range-Ft3...which should be perfect, or near perfect. I figure after five weeks some of the t4 hasn't become t3 yet..and that is why I had been feeling the mood dip...and the clash of change with some of the t3 being in the way of the t4, which for me produces a VERY annoying spaciness. To envisage the internal switches and levers....is the only way. The you have to calculate the timing of how one gets to go up...only when one gets to go down...and all it can drive you crazy. BUT, in the end it becomes more real than orange juice. By this week, hopefully that kink in the sarcophigus will be resolved. ITS not always to wait this thing out...EVEN when you know you should. I'm hoping this week will be smoother...but I worry since I'm up so early again today. Grrrr. ~E:)
