AHHH...

I thought you were trying to say that...but I wasn't

gonna presume that I knew better than you.

I listen to carolyn on hayhouse.. She's is quite the

firecracker!

I love vincent on achieve radio too..

I do want to get that book for some time now. I

figure...I should get some shelves here before I get

more stuff.

I just put together my Ikea desk and chair..and the

reclining chair with an ottaman for in front of the

TV. My friend brought over some olivegarden leftovers

for me...too.

I'm feeling better today for some reason....

I'm in the middle of a med change..and I'm always

nervous..if the good day is just gonna be a fluke...or

if I'll get to progress from here.

70 mcgs/60mgs...for now. (BEEN HERE FOR A MONTH). I

tried to take 75 mgs the last two nights but it gave

me broken sleep...so it looks like the 60 mgs will

have to stay and if I keep that..then I can't lower

the other side.

I went through a mood trough the last two weeks...and

hope that I'm passed that now.

I'll be here for a few weeks to see how I feel...and

then to test.

fingers are crossed...

I never really know...if I'm headed in the right

direction.....
