excess weight

Drs will tell you theres no corelation. I'm sure we all know

different. Anybody had any luck getting rid of the excess lbs? I fell

I'm doing well when I manage not to gain any. Right now I feel like a

sta-puffed marshmallow. Not a feeling I enjoy. Now that its winter, I

usually wear Longjohns, a t-shirt. 2 sweatshirts, a flannel jacket and

a fleece-lined winter jacket. So, a stay-puffed marshmallow in a

Michellan Man suit. Very restrictive. No fun at all. At least if I

could get rid of some of this weight it would reduce the bulk some.

Yep.........12 years on thyroxine struggled and lost 20 pounds. Went on Armour April last year and 30 pounds fell off me just like that, no dieting.Am now back to my pre-hypo weight............Meleese in Oz xxx

I'm having a terrible time losing weight and I'm doing all of the work. I did manage to lose 35 pounds, but I've been stuck now for about 2 weeks. I can't believe that what I am eating is maintenence food for 194 pounds. That just sucks. I did lose a couple when I switched back to the Levo, but that honeymoon ended very quickly.

However, I'm not that cold, I feel pretty good and my hair is strong and thick. You sound like your meds might be too low... JudyP
