If you know of anyone who is set to expire on March 31st and they have submitted their renewal application but have not been recertified (look at the list on DSHS web site) let me know. maxie.bishop@... We are processing as many of these applications as possible but we will not allow this delay to keep you from working. If your delayed recertification has to do with your criminal history, well that's another issue and I will check it before I will authorize your provider to allow you to continue. It is my intention that no provider will be short staffed or any individual's certification will expire due to the delays cause by DSHS.
