Hey Guys,

Just wanted to give a little bit update on everyone, including me and .

I know that all and I ever do is talk about Olivia and JD and some of

you don't know a lot about and I.

, my beloved husband of almost 5 years is an Athletic Trainer. He also

has an assistant and she mainly works the female games. works football,

basketball, baseball, soccer, and track. He gets pretty busy when you have

three sports going on at the same time. Before we had the kids I would attend

most

of the games. Olivia goes to some if I can take here. I remember a year ago

telling everyone that I wanted to be able to take JD to a baseball game. I am

still wanting to do that maybe around late April or May. is so wonderful

with Olivia and JD and loves them so much.

Myself, I got a new job, I am still with the Mesquite ISD school district. I

was teaching a self-contain low functioning behavior unit at a middle school

campus. Well, both of my students went off to high school and I just needed a

change from my school. There were a lot of issues there. I wanted to be closer

home but God had another ideas. I got a phone call from a principal at Poteet

High School. Let me give you a little history about this school. The name

Poteet is named after our superitented that was close to my in-laws and was like

a

godfather to . I get the call and the principal wanted me to come in a

talk to him. I told him about JD and all of the things I had to do with him. My

principal, Mr. Bauer was wonderful. He also had a son (who thinks he may had

Charged Syndrome) who died 11 years ago when he was 3. Mr. Bauer worked with

my mother-in-law and was a coach. He understood what exactly what me and

are going through and they didn't even have nurses to help out. He always ask

about the kids and about us. I am now teaching high school life skills. I love

my job and I have three aides and 9 students. The parents are aware about JD

and they ask about him often. Mr. Bauer came up to the hospital when JD went

to ICU, I was by myself and brought me food. He saw JD and JD started smiling

at him, that was the first time JD smile in over two days when he was sick. I

stay involved with the Mothers of Multiples and try to attend the meetings when

possible. Ok, enough about us, now lets get you updated about the children.

Miss...get...into..everything...Olivia. Yes, she is getting into everything.

She is walking, learning new words. She started saying JD, and now its .

She says it just the way I say it, which is very funny. When JD's pulse sox

alarm goes off, she looks at it and then looks at him. She attends Mother's Day

Out two days a week and loves it. She likes to dance and both her and JD love

to watch Wheel of Fortune. and thinking about next year starting her in

private school when she turns 2.

Mr. JD and yes he is getting into everything that is at his reach. Last week

he scared us so many times. A week ago last Friday we got a nurse that was

just bad. First, the nurse was late (which made me and late for work) and

when I was trying to give her directions, she didn't want to listen to me and

under her breath where I could hear her she said " I shouldn't have come out

here " I asked her in a firm voice to repeat what she said and she wouldn't. When

she got there, my in-laws stayed with Olivia at the house. JD slept most of

the day..ODD...

I got home around 4:45 and saw that the nurse was giving JD his treatments.

Before she left I asked her if she had already done CPT's. She looked at me

like I was crazy and didn't know what CPT's were. OMG...I did the CPT's and

came home. He had a few choice words to say and called the doctor. We were

told to do a PRN Breathing Treatment and just watch him. We were not going to

have a nurse again until 9pm. I also noticed that the water trap was full, I

mean

full of water. Big NO NO. How could someone screw up like that. We were told

the next morning that the nurse was fired, which really didn't happen. Later

last saturday JD got a fever. JD was on Oxygen all last week until 4pm on

Thursday. We did everything we could to prevent him from going back to the ER.

The

nursing agency just gave her a verbal warning. and I were so upset with

them that both of us called and voiced our opinions. even told that they

he had been talking with our lawyers. They got kinda scared. I am also

reporting her to the state. Next Tuesday we go to the ENT to find out when they

want

to do the CA repair. I sure hope it is soon.

Thank you for allowing me to send this out to you and you taking time out to

read this.

Dear and -

Thank you so much for this slice of your life. What a priviledge to share in

your journey. I don't post a reply to each of your precious updates. Please

know that I hold all our children in my heart - with the greatest care and hope

- in awe and wonder at how deep love and care are and the beauty of our

children.
