New LAB Results...please help me understand these

Ok' Here we have my new lab results...he refused to do a T3 but I

finally got my first antibody test done.

If someone could help me figure out what next I sure would appreciate

it....I am currently on 50mcg of levothyroxine, a multi vitamin once

a

day and because my vitamin D came back low...50000 IU of vitamin D

once

a week for a month then once a month.

TSH 4.13 (0.40-4.00)

Free-FT4, Thyroxn 1.4 (0.8-1.9)

Thyroglob Aby 138 (<=19.9)

Thyrogl ab/Perox >1000 IU/ML (<=34.9)

Thy. Perox. Ab >1000 IU/ML (<=34.9)

Vit D 25-OH Tot 16 (20-100)

Urea Nitrogen 6 (7-25)

I would appreciate any feed back as to any suggestions as to what I

should be looking at next as I have a appointment with a TOP DOC

tomorrow morning so any feedback tonight would be great. Thank you
