Guest guest
Chantelle here, Um, I just created a recipie group on yahoo but I thought it would be an excellent resorce for those of us just starting out on our own or living alone that have not a lot of ideas how to cook or having trouble finding recipies that an individual could make for themselves. A lot of recipies I was finding were either for multiple people but did not freeze well, or was so complicated that there was no way I could buy all the little ingriedients to make one meal for myself. I figured with finances being tight for people living on fixed incomes, it would be good to share healthy food recipies that are healthy, delicious and economical I thought it would be good to include this as reference for CHARGE adults, and the deafblind community, or anyone really. Even if you know anyone who would benefit, they can join too Here is the link: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/feedingyourselfwell/ -- http://spacecatsgarden.blogspot.com/ => My blog space " I let my mind out to wander, and it never came back! Guest guest
Chantelle- This is awesome. I hope the group gets a good core base of members! I wonder how the yahoo groups search will utilize your group as a search result. Do you have a choice what keywords will bring up your list on a search? In the meantime I will keep an eye and ear out for simple small recipies. As a back up - I find that the individually frozen boneless chicken breasts and a Forman grill can do just about anything for a single meal~! - that and alot of " breakfast " type items for dinner ;o) love, yuka Created a recipe group, may become a good resource...
