Guest guest Posted January 21, 2007 Report Share Posted January 21, 2007 So, I've been back on the 100mcg Eltroxin for 3 days and this is what I've accomplished so far: broke a 2 week plateau and lost 2 more pounds woke up a little cold, but only in my hands and feet and external, not internal in my whole body voice is back to normal hair is softer, straighter and less puffy upper arms feel a little smoother Once I get the T4 built up, I'll add back a little Armour to see what that does. I notice my voice is also less horse, hair not so dry and sleeping deeply, waking ready to go with warm hands I plan to do the same as you — continue with my t4 but also the cytomel and then maybe thow in a touch of armour for the t1, t2, etc..
