Guest guest
My sister lost her battle with breast cancer yesterday morning. She was 47. Her 1st grandchild, a boy is due in May. My family has been there through it all. My mother, youngest sister, brother, and my brother-in- law and I were with her in the end. I pronounced (I'm a RN) my sister and then made the necessary calls. I think my family was happy with me being able to do this instead of some stranger coming into our home. We were then able to spend time with her before she was taken away. Last night, my sister's Native American sister and I dressed in her Native clothing and jewelry. She looked so pretty and so at peace. Thank everyone for your support and emails over the last year. Pattie
