Do you eat on-the-run or do you have lunch and a relaxing nap? The fact is, it doesn't matter. Juicing fresh fruits and vegetables is a complete nutritional solution to all of your body's needs! If you are fighting or recovering from a serious illness, juicing can be one of your very best roads to health! By following a few simple recipes, you can get more nutrients than you would ever get from any fast food restaurant or a sit down seven (7) course meal. And you will immediately feel the joy of living a raw foods life! " Why juicing, " you may ask. It's simple.
