Hi Becky!

Go go go get this checked out and don't let them take the " wait & see "

attitude. It's your LIFE and if they cannot tell you EXACTLY what it is, WHY

it's

there, why it's growing, answer EVERY question to your satisfaction that it is

not cancerous, then demand removal or at minimum a biopsy.

If your current gyn won't do it tell him you're going to find someone who

will. You need the piece of mind.

If it is cancerous it is doing you HARM by waiting. Take the bull by the

horns. You'll have to pay the consequences if you don't, not them.

Hugs to you!

Becky,

Go and see a breast surgeon immediately.....waiting around can be

dangerous..better to be safe than sorry..precaution is better than cure...Get a

mammo, ultrasound, sono, etc...see a breast surgeon immediately

Hi Becky, I don't know what the milky fluid drops are but did you have

it aspirated? I had my first lump at 21 then again I found a big one out of

nowhere at 31. The 21-yr-lump was nothing, the 31-yr-lump was cancer, BUT the

ignorant nurse I was seeing for it told me I was too young for cancer and

dismissed me without even writing a presc. for an ultrasound and biopsy just in

case. I suggest you have a core biopsy done. it seems to be more definitive than

a fine needle-asp. They cannot know enough from an ultra sound alone, or even a

fine needle biopsy. Better safe than sorry. I bet if you were fifty they'd be

taking this seriously. Get it properly checked out and don't take no for an

answer. Best of luck and let us know how it goes okay??!!! a

my third child I noticed a marble sized lump in my left breast. My

PCP felt it was probably a milk duct and advised me to wait until I

was no longer lactating and see if it was still there. I waited and

it was still there. I had an ultrasound and was told it was probably

a cyst...so small it would be futile to try and " asperate " it. Well

now about 2 months ago I noticed it is now the size of a ping pong

ball. I mentioned it to my gyno. and he felt it and said to watch it.

Then it started to become painful when pushed against( like when I

pick my daughter up and she leans on that side) and it was getting

bigger. I made an appointment with gyno again and he felt it was

getting bigger ,now about the size of a golf ball, but it showed all

the signs fo something " not dangerous " but just to be safe made me an

appointment for an ultrasound. Had the ultrasound the radiologist I

saw said it wasn't a cyst but it didn't look like anything " big,bad

and ugly " . He sent his report over to my gyno who called me and said

it wasn't a cyst but it was benign. Watch it and check back in 3

months. Ok...now here's my question. How do they know it's benign.

Should I have a biopsy? Should I just have it removed? Ok, that's a

few questions but please I'm welcome to any advise.

P.S. when doing self exams I get little drops of cream colored,

sticky fluid from that breast.

Hey Becky, the same thing happened to me after my second child was born. I was

32 and when I stopped breast feeding I noticed a lump right on the top of the

areola close to the nipple. I went to the doc and right away I was sent over to

the oncologist for testing. And it turned out to be a cancer tumor. Why dont you

just tell your doc to scedule an apt with someone who will do further testing

soon. Why wait around. Yes it could be nothing buy why not find out now it is

nothing and get it removed if it is bothering you. Best of luck. tt.

Becky - I agree with the crowd here - go and get it biopsied at

least. If your Gyn won't do it, find one who will - or better yet,

get in touch with a surgeon. Best NOT to wait and see.

Hugs!
