Sometimes it is good to get your test results before the dr gives them to you

and sometimes it isn't. this is one time I am somewhere in the middle of the

road. My endo appt is tues and these are the results today:

Trigliceride is 286 falling into the range of HIGH=200- 499

HDL is 62 the ranges being >=60 " low risk " desireable

<40- " high risk " undesireable

LDL Calclated is 133 marked " borderline high risk "

Chol/HDL Ratio is L at 4.1 referance range is 5.0-8.0

***

Hemoglobin A1C is 5.1 with the reference range (4.6-6.2) --- I was dxed with

diabetes in Jan with a 6.2......

So how cum my A1C is so good supposedly because my diet has gotten terrific and

my weight has dropped 30+ lbs in 4 months but my Lipid panel seems to be saying

I'm on death's door step????

sigh. can't win for loozin.

anyone with any suggestions before I see my endo on Tues I sure would appreciate

it. I want to write " that list of questions " !!!!!

JUDITH
