Guest guest
LISA: oooh...sorry about the vein issue. Your poor arm... YES..hypos are naturally dehydrated, and yet the odd thing is we aren't really thirsty or hungry because we are feeling so off. I drink a coffee in the am...or I'm worthless, so I always have remember to drag my water bottle with me everywhere I go...othewise I wind up having additional dragginess. ITS very hard to remember...but if you put a lemon in it...and make it a little special for yourself, you can't get into the habit easier. BEST..of luck with that. Thanks for the cover idea...I'm still thinking it through. WE shall see. as this is a possibility. ~E:) --- stewlis@...> wrote: > Why not just put a slip cover on it if you get tired > of the red? Guest guest
Thanks E, I didn't know that about the dehydration. Maybe that's something to contribute to the dry skin? I go through lotion like it's cool. LOL! Good luck with the couch! www.Lane.com www.IwakuniMCAS.com http://stewartlane.com/gallery/ Be sure to check at the bottom of every set of pictures for more pages in the set. Guest guest
LOL Yeah I am slightly allergic to anything very strongly citrus, but I hear lemon is good to cleanse the system and I love a good lemonade (homemade, fresh squeezed) but then I tend to add a ton of sugar, so that defeats the whole point. LOL! I have been making myself get a glass of water and drink at least half to 2/3 of it every time I go to the sink, which is about a zillion times a day, so that should help. www.Lane.com www.IwakuniMCAS.com http://stewartlane.com/gallery/ Be sure to check at the bottom of every set of pictures for more pages in the set. Guest guest
LISA Yeah...I think you will feel a little better in general for your water intake efforts. This hypo thing is a mighty strange thing. I know...I know. Keep up the good work..and take care of that poor arm! ~E:) --- stewlis@...> wrote: > LOL Yeah I am slightly allergic to anything very > strongly citrus, but I hear lemon is good to cleanse > the system and I love a good lemonade (homemade, > fresh squeezed) but then I tend to add a ton of > sugar, so that defeats the whole point.
