LISA:

oooh...sorry about the vein issue. Your poor arm...

YES..hypos are naturally dehydrated, and yet the odd

thing is we aren't really thirsty or hungry because we

are feeling so off.

I drink a coffee in the am...or I'm worthless, so I

always have remember to drag my water bottle with me

everywhere I go...othewise I wind up having additional

dragginess.

ITS very hard to remember...but if you put a lemon in

it...and make it a little special for yourself, you

can't get into the habit easier.

BEST..of luck with that.

Thanks for the cover idea...I'm still thinking it

through. WE shall see. as this is a possibility.

Thanks E, I didn't know that about the dehydration. Maybe that's something to contribute to the dry skin? I go through lotion like it's cool. LOL! Good luck with the couch!

LOL Yeah I am slightly allergic to anything very strongly citrus, but I hear lemon is good to cleanse the system and I love a good lemonade (homemade, fresh squeezed) but then I tend to add a ton of sugar, so that defeats the whole point. LOL! I have been making myself get a glass of water and drink at least half to 2/3 of it every time I go to the sink, which is about a zillion times a day, so that should help.

Yeah...I think you will feel a little better in

general for your water intake efforts. This hypo

thing is a mighty strange thing.

I know...I know.

Keep up the good work..and take care of that poor arm!

Thanks :) The arms are looking better already, the right one was pretty bruised but the left one didn't bruise that bad even though they stuck them both twice. *grumble* :)
