Wondering if the meds I`m on are strong enough?

I`ve had a few changes in meds recently nothing seems to be keeping me

out of afib. At the moment I`m on 50mg. 2 x day of metoprolol and 120

mg. once daily of Cardizem. Specialist prescribed these a few days

ago...I was doing well with a low heart rate - now tonight my heart

rate is at 140. I was wondering is these were low dosages or

not?....thanks...n
