Hi,

I've been taking 20mcg of T3 with 125mcg of T4 since

August 2005.

We only have 20mcg tabs in the UK so to begin with I

cut the tab in half and took only 10mcg. Within an

hour of taking the first tab I felt a little spacy but

had an amazing physical reaction. It was quite

wonderful, it felt as though I had somehow slipped

back into my body, as though my skin fitted. I waited

a couple of weeks and added in the other 10mcg. Now I

take the whole 20mcg in the morning with the T4. Very

occassionly I need another 10mcg at lunchtime.

Certainly the T3 changed my life and the effect was

immediate.
