Hi,

I apolgize if this is repeat question. When I booked our room I told

them we would be there for CHARGE Conference. I've booked for July 25th

through July 30. They told me I would only get the $119 rate for three

of those nights. On paper work for Conference it says $119 rate will

be honored from 20th through Aug. 1st. If I know for sure I can get

the discount for whole time I would stay a day or two longer.

Anyone know for sure about the rates??

Hi all,

I just wanted to give you an update on the hotel rooms. The foundation blocked

200 rooms per night for thurs, fri & sat nights and so far we have had about 100

reservations. The hotel also told us that as long as there is room in the hotel

they will allow people to add 2 or 3 days before and after the conference dates

at the same rate. The hotel is getting close to full on the days before the

conference, so that is the problem we are now seeing. I spoke to the reservation

manager and she is trying to free up another 20-30 rom nights for the dates

prior to conference.

My suggestion to all of you would be to make your reservations as soon as

possible, if you have trouble making it for the nights you need than at least

get a reservation on the system for the conference nights and then send me a

private email to neal@chargesyndrome .org and let me know your name, reservation

number, dates of your reservation and the dates you want to add and I will

hopefully be able to take care of it for you. ---DO NOT SEND YOUR EMAIL TO THE

LIST---, I do not follow the list on a daily basis and I want to take care of

these immediately.
