Guest guest
I'm Pam, 15 year survivor of inflammatory breast cancer. I was pregnant when I was diagnosed and on chemo. But I was only 37 at the time. Some days I was so tired I could barely make it from the couch to the bathroom. Chemo saps your strength as it destroys the bad cancer cells and the good cells too. Everyone is different and some treatments are not as bad as others. I had FAC and my blood counts were very low. Lots of times I couldn't leave the house because of fear of infection. Don't worry about your hubby doing so much, I bet he really doesn't mind, he wants you to get well. Your boss needs to grow up and realize you are sick and doing the best you can. Every treatment is different and how we respond to it varies, too. take care hugs Pam
