Guest guest
I've saved so many emails here because I want to refer back to them later, or because they have information that I know I will need in the near future, however now when I need to find one it's the proverbial needle in the haystack. can someone post some pages where I can look up carb counts, unless someone knows offhand how many carbs are in those itty-bitty key limes. I use them in my water during the summer, especially since I found I can squeeze them using my garlic press. It only takes one to 12-16 oz of water to give a little flavor, but I don't want to go overboard - I feel so much better now that I've gotten my carbs down under 100 per day. anyway's thanks to anyone who has a site beth

Guest guest
Calorieking.com is a good one. though I have downloaded a program from the USDA that has lots of foods in them. For a regular lime, per fluid oz, there are 8 calories, and 3 carbs. Hope this helps Angelia in OR would like web site for carb contents of key limes can someone post some pages where I can look up carb counts, unless someone knows offhand how many carbs are in those itty-bitty key limes.
