Local broadcasts are reporting this was a domestic dispute. They are

saying the husband shot his wife and then fled. There was also an

innocent bystander shot in the ankle. The wife is an employee of ETMC

and is in critical condition at this time. They showed video of the

husband being apprehended a few blocks from the scene after a brief

pursuit.
