question will provide the focus for two upcoming symposiums sponsored by

the Northeast ADA & IT Center in New York and New Jersey. These sessions

will include presentations on new ADA/ABA guidelines, updates on

employment issues, a look at Supreme Court cases, emergency preparedness,

accessible IT, IDEA update and other topics.

The New York session will be held on October 25, 2005 in Syracuse, NY at

the OnCenter Complex, 800 South State St. from 8:30 - 3:30pm (A VESID Town

Meeting will be held separately from 3:30 - 5:00pm.)
