Guest guest
its been 5 days since i have been taking PMS-Methylphenidate *genaric form of ritalin, and APO-Clonazepam. I have to say ive all ready noticed a few improvements. the last three nights I slept through the night only waking up for a few seconds i was aware i was awake but went back to sleep imidiatly. Also in the day I feel more energetic though by evning im still pretty sleepy but the sleepyness is later then it used to be. The morning tiredness is gone! early afternoon sleepyness is not as extream as before. I dont feel tempted to nap in the mornings of my days off. Afternoon i still feel a bit like i want to go to sleep. As for my moods. I still feel stuf like sad, happy angry and what not, but i feel like im more in controll of myself. Instead of getting angry and yelling at my intervenor i was able to calmly tell her what was bothering me about what she was doing. I hope this means the meds are working for me Just thought I would share.
