Guest guest
Interesting, Lori that you are working with allergy/immunologists. There was a little girl with CHARGE many years ago who turned out to have immune problems that were then treated. It took her mom so much time to get someone to actually look into the issues. Even though the little girl had often been sick and often had fevers. Anyway, it does seem that somehow the immune system is affected since has had these sinus issues for such a long time and has even had extreme surgery to try to correct. Very best wishes, prayers and hope coming your way. Re: Myers Update Dear Lori- I wish I could get there and give you a hug. I'm sure you'd rather have respite. I just don't understand why nobody can get a grip on the fever. do they feel this is her norm? That some people have a slightly elevated temp all the time? Has she ever had a spinal tap? Have you tried a different medical facility? A different hospital? --- I just don't understand how they can keep turning you back out with no answers. I'm disgusted and heartbroken and furious all at the same time. --- I, too, hope so much the respiradol (sp) gives relief. Much love to you and your family, in Ma. Guest guest
- saw an immunologist a couple of years ago - and tested negative for allergies and immune problems. I want someone that can check what is in her nose because antibiotics are just not effective and from all the articles I've read about fungi in the nose sounds a lot like what is going through. If anyone is interested in more sinus/fungi articles I can forward the links. I'm also investigating nutrition but I'm not as far on that - I haven't found the rights physician yet. Thank you for all of your help - I'm learning about all this through what you guys have suggested! Lori Myers Re: Myers Update Dear Lori- I wish I could get there and give you a hug.
