Guest guest
This was on the news this morning who would of thunk!!! Weatherford Paramedic Injured By Flying Car Jack (Weatherford, TX) -- Weatherford authorities believe injuries to a paramedic were done deliberately. An unidentified person is facing second-degree felony charges of causing an injury to a public servant after a car's jack went flying through the windshield of an ambulance where paramedic Donnie Stone and his partner were sitting. The ambulance was traveling about 40 miles an hour when the 15-pound jack came smashing through the windshield. Stone was hit on the forehead and suffered a cracked skull and several lacerations. Guest guest
It doesn't really matter. What matters is if the SOB gets arrested and charged and convicted. The sentencing differences are minor. It's the certainty of conviction that makes the difference. Now, it's nice if he has to do 20 rather than 10, but the main thing is to get his ass off the street ASAP and keep him there. GG. Guest guest
Yes Donnie, I'm aware, and I was trying to see if Mike would " bite " on this one since he was against the use of " public servant " for private or non-public (fire/police/ems) when the legislation was present on this list to add " private " EMS to the state definition.
