" I make sure I have potassium and magnesium with me and carry Knudsen's

Black Cherry Juice(the small bottle that has to be reconstituted) and

some bottled water. I also carry fruit and hard boiled eggs with me.

This helps me to avoid low blood sugar and dehydration. "

Isabelle,

Where can I buy Knudsen's Black Cherry Juice? I heard it is also good for

inflammation.

You can order the juice at Amazon. But I want to ask why you take it.

Does it have potasium or some other benefit?

I drink Montmorency Tart Cherry Juice in concentrate form. It is a natural pain

reliever and anti-inflammatory. It contains 17 Antioxidants that help fight

heart disease and cancer. Plus, it contains melatonin, a very powerful

antioxidant and sleep aide. I think if you do a search on it, you will find

more info.
