HIPPA is to protect your medical records.Only those

(healthcare providers)who provide direct care to you

are suppose to get access to your records, not

employers whether current or potential.

Anyone who gives or discusses your person medical

information can be charged for a HIPPA violation and

the fines are big. jail-time and a large monetary

fine.
