Quality of Life Questionnaires

Hello Everyone,

I hope this post finds you all well. I posted a few weeks back asking

if anyone would be willing to complete two questionnaires for me.

These questionnaires are aimed at evaluating the quality of life

individuals with breast cancer, with the possibility of obtaining

funding to create a quality of life intervention of some sort.

I had a good response to my last post, but I still need more in order

to hit the 200 mark. If anyone would be kind enough to spare some

time, I would really appreciate it. If you are interested, please

In the meantime, a huge THANK YOU to all of those who have already

completed questionnaires for me; it has been such a help to my endeavours.

How was everyones Christmas? Does anyone have any plans for the New

I am now getting incredibly close to having 200 volunteers to complete

Quality of life after B/C is definately an issue that needs to be

addressed, so I'll help out if I can.

Hi Margery,

Thank you so much for your offering. I do apologise for the delay in

replying. My mother has cancer and has had a bit of a relapse; my

research was put on hold for a bit while I spent some time at hers.

She seems to be on the mend again though!!

If you are still willing to complete the questionnaires, I would

appreciate it SO MUCH. I will try to send them to you . . . is that

yahoo.co.uk at the end of your email (I can't see it all)? If not,

could you send me a quick email to nicnac234@ hotmail.com (without the
