Went to my Tops meeting Tues and one of the officers reported seeing a news

story about a man who lost 71 pounds. He did it by drinking 8 ounces of

water before meals and 8 oounces during meals, and 8 ounces afterwords.

There was a gal in his office that needed to loose 29 pounds. They

interviewed her and she told them she not only lost the 29 pounds but had to

stop the water thingy cause her wedding dress was getting too loose. I

thought if one were to do this for all three meals it would be an easy way

to get 70+ ounces of water a day.
