Yes, success stories are so, well, heartening to us all. I especially

appreciate hearing about med success stories as I am fairly certain that my EP

will

be putting me on an antiarrhythmic if / when NSR from my cardioversion goes

the way of most cardioversions..that is...kerplop. :(

There sure are. I have had just one 10 minute episode during almost 2

years of taking flecainide. Even then, it was the result of taking

Sudafed, a known trigger for heart rhythm problems. And no side effects

from the flecainide, either.

I was 15 months solid of no afib with Tikosyn. No side effects either! :)

I have been afib-free for 2 years & 2 months on Flecainide.

Sparrow, I was about 16 years with only one er visit and a only a small handful

of AF breakthroughs lasting over 2 hours. while on flecainide and Toprolol.
