Need help Protocol and SOP updates.

We are in the process of updating our Protocols and SOP's. I am looking

for protocols and SOP's from other EMS services to assist us with our

updates. We are using the inforrmation from other agencies to ensure

that we cover all of our bases. If you have a set of protocols you may

I am trying to find ALS EMS protocols for a rural First Responder Department. We

are in a small rural area but respond to lots of trauma, MVC's, Medicals,

Crimes, etc.

I would like to compare our current protocols to that of other similar services.

We do not transport...we are a First Responder Department only and we

occassionally have extended scene times due to the extended ambulance response

time.

Any help would be great,

This is an easy one to help you with. Go online an look at Reno Energency

Medical Services Authority they have online protocols for public viewing, also

the Arizona department of health has protocols for the 3 different EMS regions

in Arizona that should help point ya in the right direction
