Just a reminder: HIPAA defines individually identifiable patient

information as ANY information that could reasonably be expected to lead to

identification of the patient. Among listed identifiers are patient's age,

residence,

condition, and so forth.

I urge caution when placing case reports on here. I always take great pains

to change the identifiers when I do, including changing the gender and age of

the patient, and never linking the report to an identifiable event.
