We had tacos. Our granddaughter that is visiting ate SEVEN of them!!! She is only 6 yrs old. She had lettuce, tomato, meat, and cheese on them.

What's for dinner?

Eggplant parmesan and curly fries. I didn't have mozzarella so I made the eggplant with sharp Wisconsin cheese and parmesano.
