OK...cost factors from a commercial web site:

Gardasil 10 pack $1370 $137 per dose

MMR II 10 pack $560 $56 per dose

ProQuad (MMR plus Varivax)

10 pack $1555 $155 per dose

Zostavax 10 pack $1652 $165 per dose

other, older vaccine sets are quite a bit cheaper...and often have more than

one ultimate source.

So the cost to the state is less than half of the $300 plus initially

indicated...and Gardasil is not even the most expensive recommended vaccine.
