I have a question...

How much weight is normal to lose (as in lbs/week or month) after the initial

'fast' weight loss?

I'm wondering because my friend and I are going to work out together and we were

setting up guidelines for 'what weight we want/expect to be on such-and-such a

date...and I had no idea what to put for mine.

How much DO we lose??

Mandy - It is such an individual thing, that it is pretty difficult to predict.

I would say a good goal is that as long as it keeps going down or even stays the

same, you are being successful. You will hit plateaus that can last for a

month, so those aren't predictable either. Take care.
