I need to change my going to bed time

I find I'm staying up later and later. I want to get back to bed time at

10:30, but it is hard to do. I've always been a night person, so I don't know

if I can change or not.

I remember reading an article several years ago that to get your best sleep

you needed to go to bed by 10:30. I keep remembering the article, but don't

put it into practice.

It is 11:30 and I'm still wide awake. I'm going now to take a warm bath,

using lavender, then I'll read for about 15 minutes, then hopefully be asleep

before 12:30.
