Even after having one I made up and going out moving dog jumps which is work for me to some point, and mowing (riding mower), 2 hrs later on a 'good' meal my BS# was higher than I expected it to be because of the exercise I got. Go figure. Now I have to go to a function having a dairy dinner. I can't eat much dairy and have no idea what to take along to eat. sigh.... but I'm laughing instead of crying so progress is being made.
