Guest guest
Thanks, , for helping me to see things differently. You've been a great help. So, needless to say, I'm off to learn some new ways of eating. I hear the " South Beach Diet " is good way to go. =) PS .... What about fresh fruit???? I've been eating tangelos, tangerines, and strawberries (all in moderation), should I stop???? How does everyone else feel about fruit? I know when I was first diagnosed I swore off orange juice, which was a definite killer for me .... but, maybe raw fruit isn't in the cards either???? Whelp, I see some more testing in my future. Thanks again, Cindi
Guest guest
Hi Cindi, My doctor says I can eat oranges (and tangelos and tangerines) in moderation as long as I have some of the white pith that surrounds them, thats actually fibre. But definitely no orange juice, that is way to high in fructoseand has no pith in it at all. Thank You ! Thanks, , for helping me to see things differently. You've been a great help.
