Subject: Feb 6-7 Disaster TF meeting

Disaster TF members and other interested parties,

We are working final approval for meeting space at the Northwest Forest

Conference Center in Cypress, TX, the same location as the stakeholder

meeting. There are hotel rooms available for both the nights of the 5th

and the 6th at the conference center. To ensure the we have the right

number of rooms on the state rate please respond immediately (before 4pm

Tomorrow, Tuesday 30th) if you intend to stay the night of the 5th

and/or the 6th. we are trying to get a room count as soon as possible.

the exact meeting location with be forthcoming, but for planning

purposes it will be at the Northwest Forest Center. please email me

directly at eric@... if you intend to stay the 5th or 6th.
