I am new to the group.I do not have a surgrey date yet I do have an appointment with the surgeon on 4/8/2003 and I hope at that time I will be where you are. I just received a call from my surgeon's office today saying my paperwork is on it's way to my insurance company for approval! I'm also scheduled to have my psyh eval this Friday. I am having my surgery on 4/14/03 at the Bariatric Treatment Center in Philadelphia, PA. I know I have support from family and friends, but its nice to have someone who knows what you are going through!! If so, that's what I have, and I didn't have any poblem with them approving my surgery, but you may have to check to make sure they receive your paperwork or request, they somehw " didn't get mine " the 1st time.
