Something I forgot to mention in my previous post was that there are some brands of soy milk that are lower in carbs than regular milk - and still have about the same amount of protein. I personally like Silk, 8th Continent, and the local grocery store brand. As a side note, if you have tried the unrefrigerated soy milk (the kind that comes in boxes) before and hated it, try the refrigerated stuff. For some reason the flavor is a lot better.
