Guest guest
My afib was worse when I was not doing anything, sitting watching TV, reading or laying in bed, I thought at first that I was noticing it more because I was not doing anything, but found that moving about and exercising the afib was not so bad. ine Re: Re: Wake up at night Hi , I can identify with what you are saying. My Af is always worse when I am sitting doing nothing or it wakes me up at night. I have this fear of it starting while I am out or driving or something, but it never seems to. Like you relaxing laughing things like that bring it on. If I lie in bed longer in the morning than usual that seems to start it. I often take a beta-blocker before my feet hit the floor in the mornings for fear of starting it off. I said to my EP it has no fixed pattern, but maybe it comes as a result of a lot of activity beforehand. I have just had a PVI so it's a lot better now, hopefully it lasts. I hope that helps.
