Guest guest
Have decided to go back to Berenstein type diet and counting my carbs more severly. Am allowed 6 carbs at Breakfast. Ate 1 Hylanta cracker for 7 carbs and some cream cheese for bf plus coffee with a little cream. Hurried off to church where in the middle of service had sharp pains in my leg for maybe 2 seconds. Wonder if this was an indication that my bg was too high. No did not do a morning bg too much of hurry but yesterday was 108 two hours after dinner. Could this be a sign of high bg for my bf? sharon

Considering that aches and pains in the body can be caused my almost any reason, I would never consider then an indication of my blood sugar level. The only thing I use to determine a blood sugar is a test. It really doesn't take that long to test, and in my opinion, the best thing to do is take that time to test. This is the only way you are going to work it into your routine to really know...absolutely... how things impact your blood sugar.
